Refund of funds

 

Contact us by calling 078 503 277 or send us an email at info@saatsaat.shop with the order number, the number of your transaction account and the name of the bank for the stated account.

Once you have provided the required information, the documentation will be created and forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you provided when placing the order.

Returns are made exclusively in the manner stated above, by transfer to a current account in denars; sending money in cash by courier is not possible.

In case of return of products or refund of funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or fully and regardless of the reason for the return, the seller is required to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.
This means that at the seller's request the bank will return the funds to the cardholder's account.

You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses listed on the delivery invoice without prior contact and agreement with the online store operators stated above.

Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
