Returns & Exchanges

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE

 

Products can be returned or exchanged for another product within the legal period of 14 days after receipt of the shipment, provided that the product is returned unused, with its appearance and usability preserved, undamaged, unwashed, and packaged in its original packaging with factory markings and labels intact.
The customer may or may not state the reason for the exchange.

 

In the case of exchanging the product for a different size, the seller is required to make the exchange if that product is in stock. If the purchased product for which an exchange is requested is not in stock, the seller is required to replace the product with another product at the buyer's request, with possible additional payment or refund of the price difference. If exchange is not possible, the seller is required to return the money to the buyer, with the cost of return being borne by the buyer.

For valid claims, the seller www.saatandsaat.mk bears all transport costs.

The warranty does not apply in case of damage caused as a result of improper use.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by any unambiguous statement of your decision. In order to process your notification of withdrawal from the contract or the return of the product, please send it to us by email at info@saatsaat.shop or call us at 078 503 277. By submitting a notification of withdrawal from the contract, you agree to allow us to process your personal data, including, if necessary, the transaction account number, which is necessary for the purpose of acting upon your notification of withdrawal from the contract, returning the product and refunding funds. Once the product is returned to the store, it will be determined whether the product was returned in proper condition and undamaged. If it is determined that the product was not returned in the appropriate condition, the request for refund will be denied and the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Returning products or cancelling an order can be done exclusively online with prior communication and agreement with the online operators via one of the contact phone numbers or by the email stated above.
Physical exchange or return of products is not possible at the retail stores.

PRODUCT RETURN PERIOD

The buyer can start the return procedure no later than within 14 days from receipt of the product.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

In the case of withdrawal/exchange of the product, the cost of return/delivery of the new product is 150 denars including VAT, regardless of the value of the product being returned/exchanged.
The exception is if the buyer received a defective or wrong product.
