Shipping Terms

 

Delivery time

After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order via email.

The order processing period is 2-3 working days. For all orders made on Friday and at the weekend, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.

From that moment, the delivery time is 3 working days.

Receiving shipments

The courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address from Monday to Saturday. The courier attempts to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, they will call you on the phone number you provided when placing the order to arrange a new delivery date. If you are still not found at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and to arrange re-delivery.
 

Shipping cost

Delivery to a home address for all orders worth 3000 denars or more is free. If the order value is less than 3000 denars, the delivery cost will be 150 denars including VAT.
